Favorable acceptance

Condone means "To allow, accept or permit (something that is considered morally wrong, offensive, or generally disliked).", but I think there is a new(?) twist on the usage of this word such that it implies not just mere allowance and acceptance, but further a kind of welcoming and allowance of something otherwise considered wrong with favorable feelings tacked on. --Geographyinitiative (talk) 02:29, 19 March 2020 (UTC)
