Contradicts "abuse of discretion" entry

This article states "In law, de novo is the most rigorous of the three standards by which common law court decisions are reviewed on appeal; the other two are clear error and abuse of discretion."

yet the entry on "abuse of discretion" linked within indicates "abuse of discretion" is the most rigorous: "Abuse of discretion is the most rigorous of the three standards by which common law court decisions are reviewed on appeal"

since only one can logically be the "most rigorous", I (though I know nothing of law in particular) thinks there's a mistake with either this entry of the "abuse of discretion" one :) 209.129.94.61 00:48, 30 June 2010 (UTC)
