Talk:gekkonid

"Any member of the family Gekkonidae, the geckos". But the geckos are the infraorder Gekkota. The family Gekkonidae is only some of the geckos. Is a gekkonid any gecko of the infraorder Gekkota, or only those geckos of the family Gekkonidae? Nurg (talk) 08:36, 13 January 2022 (UTC)
