edit@Myrnamyers While I agree with the archaic senses being only pronounced as ginóo according to the dictionaries, the lady of rank also commonly gets pronounced (in Manila or maybe Bulacan) as Ginoó in "Aba Ginoóng Maria" where it still means lady of rank. In other dialects still pronounced as Aba Ginóong Maria still though. Ysrael214 (talk) 02:30, 16 August 2023 (UTC)
