editThe EN entry says "see the Old English entry for more discussion." But where is that? It's not anywhere evident in the entry, let alone in the hyperlink. —DIV (1.145.27.253 13:00, 15 October 2023 (UTC))
- The Old English entry is at heahfore, which is linked to in the etymology. The fact that "Old English" was hyperlinked may have made it technically ambiguous, but common sense would say that you wouldn't look for information about a very specific matter in an general article about the language. I removed the hyperlink on "Old English", anyway, since it was redundant. Chuck Entz (talk) 15:15, 15 October 2023 (UTC)
