John Camden Hotten's Slang Dictionary (1873) gives the spelling hogmagundy (and cites an Anglicised approximation to the Robert Burns poem); it can be found in only one or two Google Books results otherwise. Equinox ◑ 23:14, 4 January 2021 (UTC)
