Possible Germanic cognate of the French term

Could the word be ultimately etymologically connected to Proto-Germanic *hnukjaną, possibly due to a similar use of the word as in Dutch neuken?

Also "fuck" in the dismissive sense of "screw him", "damn them" etc.?
