About the graphic part of the definition edit

Although the Berlin interpretation requires roguelikes to have ASCII display, it is no longer the case in today's usage of this term. Jupyter Hell, for example, is regarded as a roguelike, despite having fancy graphics. Oswald galen (talk) 02:18, 25 March 2023 (UTC)Reply

Oh, sorry, it should be "Jupiter Hell". Now I think about it, the current wiki definition does make a lot of sense, by defining it as being "loosely characterized" by those features. Oswald galen (talk) 02:47, 25 March 2023 (UTC)Reply
