This is listed as a m-mi class singular word meaning '(grape)vine'. It was automatically inserted from Swahili Wiktionary, whose editorial standards I do not wish to impugn, but it seems nonsensical that any word could be in this class without a prefix. The alleged plural misabibu appears across the Web primarily in, I suspect, a mistake in a Bible translation that has propagated through Christian songs. Google Books doesn't support it. - @Hiztegilari: Thank you for bringing this to my attention. It was an old Tbot entry, created automatically based on a now-removed translation and the Swahili Wiktionary (which is of extremely low quality, and riddled with obvious errors made by non-fluent speakers). We usually delete bot entries out of process when it is clear they were created in error.
- Swahili has the most remaining Tbot entries of any language, and they are very, very shitty. As part of my current project to improve Swahili coverage and quality on Wiktionary, I have been slowly dealing with the noun entries (I'll get to the verb entries soon, but I'm waiting on the templates that JohnC5 has very graciously agreed to create in the mean time).
