- Sense doesn't seem to make much grammatical sense. I think the other three definitions for this word cover the entry quite well, and therefore, I believe we should delete the sense. Razorflame 23:15, 12 December 2009 (UTC)

“Hardly” and “scarcely” can mean “almost never,” unlike “barely”: She hardly (ever) sees her parents these days. --Backinstadiums (talk) 18:58, 26 June 2021 (UTC)
