A sock puppet and a sockpuppet are different. A sockpuppet is a multiple account and a sock puppet is a simple puppet made from a sock placed over the hand of the puppeteer. Gorrut 16:20, 30 June 2006 (UTC)

It might, but it has no relevance to this entry, since we don't count wikis as sources, and we go by actual usage, not by what might seem logical. Chuck Entz (talk) 05:13, 28 May 2013 (UTC)
