-- because it causes automated services, which rely on Wiktionary, to provide the translation of 'töissä' as translation for 'toissa' as well.

If you think it is important to mention that some people may omit (for some reason) the diacritics, so 'töissä' will appear as 'toissa', please do so in a different fashion.

That's a problem with the automated services. {{also}} is used to give visitors a way to get to other terms in cases where they've mistyped or they can't produce the correct characters on their device. It's been a fundamental part of the architecture of the site for over a decade, so automated services that don't allow for it are simply flawed. Besides, we have all terms with the same spelling on the same page, regardless of language, so an automated service that can't get that right is likely to have worse problems.
