They also say this in Nicaragua, with the definition being the 2nd...cool...I've been twice and everyone says Que tuani, and they also say que bárbaro

@Metaknowledge I searched in over a dozen newspapers from the countries listed, and I couldn't really find any good quotes (granted, I'm pretty picky about them, but there weren't a lot of examples to choose from). I have two citations from Costa Rica ready to go minus a word or two, but I'm waiting to see if any native Spanish speakers want to help me with translations first; I left an invitation on my talk page today.
