Usage

This template generates a box asking for an image (it could be a photograph or an illustration).

Parameters

|1= (required): The language code of the term needing an image. See Wiktionary:List of languages.
|2=: An optional comment to be displayed in the request message.
|sort=: The sort key for the page; rarely needs to be specified.
|nocat=1: Disable categorization of this page.

This template adds the page to the category "Category:Requests for images in LANG entries" (where LANG is the language whose code is specified using |1=).
