Officially, I should be able to speak Dutch at a native level, but I can't. I only can write it, since I rarely speak it.
For those who claim that Limburgish is a dialect of Dutch: you don't know what you're talking about. In fact, Dutch has more cognates with German than with Limburgish and one should compare gut (de) - goed (nl) - good (li) Limburgish has over twice the number of vowels as Dutch and there are more consonants too. Also don't forget that Limburgish is the only Germanic language with a locative and it's one of the few European languages which are tonal (over 250 words make distinction between their plurals and singulars using tonality) I've said what I always say :)
I'm sysop at the Limburgish Wiktionary.
