After reviewing your suggestion, my impression is that it is outside the scope of what is happening in Wiktionary, where we are more interested in building dictionaries.

Wikibooks, however, is a sister project that has shown an interest in educational texts, and your ideas may be more suited to their mandate.

The developer team at Wikimedia is making some changes to how accounts work, as part of our on-going efforts to provide new and better tools for our users like cross-wiki notifications.
