Thank you for helping by adding Greek translations to Wiktionary. We use a systematic way of transliterating Greek words into the Latin script - have a look at Wiktionary:Greek transliteration where there is a table. There is some help available on formatting the line entered in the Translations section at Wiktionary:About_Greek#Greek_translations_for_English_words.
