Hiligaynon edit

Hi Neskaya, I've added the changes you suggested in your first post to my talk page. I've modified part of the pywikipedia framework - so you need to download http://jelzo.com/gui.py as well as http://jelzo.com/neskaya.py . I have not made the second set of changes, but maybe if you harass me enough in a week or so I will. Conrad.Irwin 19:50, 10 October 2008 (UTC)Reply

barangisi edit

There must've been a bot problem at barangisi. --Jackofclubs 06:52, 12 October 2008 (UTC)Reply

Spacing edit

Looking at some of the entries created, I wonder if the spacing should be tweaked a bit. First of all (and probably most importantly), there is a space before the first L2 header, which shouldn't be there. Also, we generally prefer a space between the different headers. These issues are not enough to prevent me from supporting the bot as is, but it would be nice to see them rectified. See [[dahon]] for an example of what I mean if my preceding prose was unintelligible. -Atelaes λάλει ἐμοί 00:58, 14 October 2008 (UTC)Reply

vyceless edit

Hello. The day before yesterday I added this page into {{rfv}} and later it occured to me to look at its history. I found out it was created by you more than a year ago, so that possibly you wouldn't notice what I've done, and thus I thought it polite to inform you, as of course you may be right and I wrong. --Duncan MacCall 18:23, 22 October 2008 (UTC)Reply

Had a look at sco.wiki as you proposed: of the 7 items 4 are by IP addresses, 1 by an Australian "sco-1", but possibly Scroggie and Jimmy might help you. (I'm afraid I'm too lazy to contact them myself ;-)) --Duncan MacCall 18:24, 23 October 2008 (UTC)Reply

Psionics Links edit

Hello, Neskaya.

The reason I had for removing those links, at lease the links I think you're referring to, is that they were supposedly still-active websites with no recent posts that month and less than 20 members. Some of the other ones were links to forums, and some I removed (the ones I put there, anyway) at the result of the discussion on the talk page that said I violated WP:EL by adding them. As I am not actually active much, if at all on wikimedia, you can contact me faster on psiworld, if you wish. Also, for my opinion on the Psionics article, I think the whole thing should be rewritten. It seemed flawed from the beginning, with either little information on the scientific study of the subject, or (perhaps without conscious intent), a fundamental consideration of it as fiction. I could help with the rewriting process if there is support or such a thing around here, but I had several strident objections on adding a single external link. From what I see of the current edition of the article, there are less than 5 sentences in all about psionics in the non-fictional sense. Scienceisyourfriend 19:20, 28 January 2009 (UTC)Reply

Simple English Wiktionary edit

Hi there Neskaya. I know that you are probably a little upset with the Simple English Wiktionary over the result of your RfA, however, I would really like to ask you if you would at all be interested in coming back to the project. I am sure that with a few weeks of regular editing, people will come to support your RfA. Please come back and give it another shot! Thanks, and I hope to see you there, Razorflame 06:27, 20 February 2009 (UTC)Reply

Bulgarian noun forms edit

Hello. I think I've just noticed a mistake about Bulgarian nouns forms. In main entry, in the declension table, it says "въшките" is plural definite of "въшка", but when it's been created (the accelerated creation) it says "въшките" is singular definite of "въшка". And it's he same on other words such as Андорите, Азиите (I've edited this one), Англиите... Can you check it please? Thanks in advance! Cheers! Sinek 22:07, 13 June 2009 (UTC)Reply

Oh sorry, sure, I'll give links after that. Thanks Sinek 09:43, 14 June 2009 (UTC)Reply
Hey, I hope everything's OK now :) Well, I can try to help, but I can't speak Bulgarian, so I don't know if I can be helpful. But of course I can take a look :) Best wishes! Sinek 15:00, 29 June 2009 (UTC)Reply
Ah OK, got it now. I've started with аристокрация-аристокрациите. I keep looking for wrong noun forms :) See you! Sinek 17:04, 30 June 2009 (UTC)Reply

abre/abri edit

Hey there! I've been semi-stalking you :D, mostly because you post entries for Hiligaynon. I think it's cool, and it makes me feel proud that a non-native speaker, especially a person from overseas. would be contributing for Hiligaynon, a language close to my heart. I've finally mustered enough courage to approach you, now that I have a reason to.

Abre and abri. It's rather common in Hiligaynon and Tagalog that the vowels E and I as well as O and U get interchanged, whether written or spoken, and it's not exactly wrong from a layman's point of view. My dictionary lists abre, and my Hiligaynon-speaking friends use it with an E when spoken either (/ɐbˈrɛʔ/, emphasis on the second syllable and a glottal stop). A Google search of "abre ilonggo" and "abri ilonggo" reveals both spellings being used in sentences. Will it be okay to add both words as entries, if both are accepted for usage anyway? --Icqgirl 10:37, 9 April 2009 (UTC)Reply

Vigilance edit

Hi Neskaya. Thanks for your pronunciations you have provided for numerous words. An anon user on feedback has pointed out that two consonants are transposed in the entry for vigilance. I don't have the recording facilities (or the courage) to correct it myself, so I wonder if you are able to re-record the word? Best wishes, Dbfirs 13:02, 29 September 2009 (UTC)Reply

Bulgarian noun forms edit

Hi, I noticed that you're creating a lot of Bulgarian noun forms but why are you ignoring the definite and count forms of masculine nouns? Is it because there are no appropriate templates? If it is, I could make some. Arath 14:45, 6 October 2009 (UTC)Reply

neska edit

Offtopic question: In Basque neska means "girl". I imagine your nickname is related to that? I was browsing this Basque dictionary and I couldn't help not noticing the similarity.. --Ivan Štambuk 10:16, 15 October 2009 (UTC)Reply
