That is a technical restriction of URLs, not a "redirect". It's like saying the Main Page needs to say that # "redirects" there because https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/# does. If you link \ or search for it, it goes to the correct page, which is further proof that it is not a redirect. — surjection ⟨?⟩ 08:17, 26 March 2019 (UTC)
