Courts of law or trademarks do not determine how language is used. A trademark can easily become genericized, and modifying a dictionary that is ultimately only trying to document the way language is hardly counts as a productive way to prevent that from happening. — surjection ⟨??⟩ 14:59, 18 September 2020 (UTC)
