     “Lo que hacen es absorber la energía emitida por el sismo transmitida por la tierra; como el edificio tiene un sótano está anclado a la tierra, entonces el aislador lo que hace es cortar y absorber esa energía y no permitir que se transmita para el resto del edificio”, mencionó.

     “What they do is absorb the energy emitted by the earthquake transmitted by the earth; Since the building has a basement, it is anchored to the ground, so what the insulator does is cut and absorb that energy and not allow it to be transmitted to the rest of the building”, he mentioned.
