- (zoology) Any therapsid of the suborder Biarmosuchia.

- There is a set of scleral ossicles around the eye that are also found in another biarmosuchian, Lemurosaurus, and certain other pelycosaurs and therapsids, indicating that it is probably a plesiomorphic therapsid character.
