  1. (intransitive, with dative) to become fond of, develop a liking for
    İçkiye kumara dadandı.
    He became addicted to drinking and gambling.
  2. (intransitive, with dative) to frequent, to haunt
    Düzce'de bal kovanlarına dadanan bir ayı, fazla bal yiyince kendinden geçti.
    A bear that haunted honey hives in Düzce passed out after eating too much honey.
