kladda (present kladdar, preterite kladdade, supine kladdat, imperative kladda)

  1. to deal with a messy and sticky (and unpleasant) substance, like some gunk or goo, for example by playing with it or smearing it on things
    Synonym: (often a bit stickier) kleta
    Han kladdade med lera
    He was messing around with mud
    Han kladdade lera på sin kompis
    He smeared mud on his friend
  2. (colloquial) to grope (touch sexually), usually against someone's will
    Synonyms: tafsa, talla, (molest) antasta
    en äcklig snubbe som kladdar på tjejer
    a gross guy who gropes girls
