- – „Projektowana zabudowa, nie stanowiąc ciągłości z istniejącą, stworzy wielki dysonans z obecnym jej charakterem, zaburzy harmonię i w znacznym stopniu pogorszy warunki tu zamieszkującym. Ograniczy też nasłonecznienie, a ponieważ teren pod budowę stanowi zaklęsine sprzyjającą bezruchowi powietrza, ograniczy jeszcze bardziej przewietrzanie, pogarszając warunki aerosanitarne […] ”.
