     – „Projektowana zabudowa, nie stanowiąc ciągłości z istniejącą, stworzy wielki dysonans z obecnym jej charakterem, zaburzy harmonię i w znacznym stopniu pogorszy warunki tu zamieszkującym. Ograniczy też nasłonecznienie, a ponieważ teren pod budowę stanowi zaklęsine sprzyjającą bezruchowi powietrza, ograniczy jeszcze bardziej przewietrzanie, pogarszając warunki aerosanitarne […] ”.

     – “The designed buildings, not being a continuity with the existing one, will create a great dissonance with its current character, will disturb the harmony and significantly worsen the conditions of the inhabitants living here. It will also limit insolation, and since the construction site is a hollow conducive to air stillness, it will limit ventilation even more, worsening the aerosanitary conditions […] ”.
