1. A confectionery item in the form of a (non-edible) straw filled with sweet-and-sour powdered candy.
2. (LGBT slang) Any phallic object carried by a cruising gay male, e.g., a rolled umbrella or a cigarette holder, in order to signal one's sexual availability.
