Inherited from Ottoman Turkish راضی اولمق (rāżı olmaḳ, to submit; to consent; to be satisfied or pleased with, to approve of),[1][2] from راضی (rāżı), equivalent to compound of razı (approving, consenting, pleased with) +‎ olmak (to be, to become).[3]
