- Lo que hacen los estafadores de wangiri es simular que son una red telefónica de otro país, para que cualquier usuario que haga llamadas a ese "país" deba pagar un fee extra, bastante alto en general.
- What wangiri scammers do is pretend that they're a telephone network from another country, so that any user who calls that "country" must pay an extra fee, generally quite high.
