Usage notes
editIn Finland, a party representing employers in a branch and another party representing the employees (trade union) in that branch may close a universally binding collective bargaining agreement if they represent majority of actors on that branch. The status of being universally binding (yleissitovuus) is granted by the Ministry of Labour provided that the legal provisions are fulfilled.
