- Въздрастъшоу жє ѥмоу ꙗко пострищи и, призъва Братиславъ, отьць ѥго, на пострижєньѥ бискоупа єтєра, имєньмь Нотара, и сь клирикꙑ ѥго.
- Vŭzdrastŭšu že jemu jako postrišti i, prizŭva Bratislavŭ, otĭcĭ jego, na postriženĭje biskupa etera, imenĭmĭ Notara, i sĭ kliriky jego.
