  1. to praise or blame [+ عَلَى (object)]
    لَا يُوجَدُ أَحَدٌ مِنَ ٱلْعُلَمَاءِ ٱلْمُعَاصِرِينَ قَرَأَ هٰذَا ٱلْكِتَابَ إِلَّا وَأَثْنَى عَلَيْهِ وَأَوْصَى بِقِرَاءَتِهِ
    lā yūjadu ʔaḥadun mina l-ʕulamāʔi l-muʕāṣirīna qaraʔa hāḏā l-kitāba ʔillā waʔaṯnā ʕalayhi waʔawṣā biqirāʔatihi
    There is no contemporary scholar who would upon reading this book not praise it and recommend it.
