せとか (setoka): a slice of setoka fruit with a strawberry and mint leaves.

Etymology

Compound of 瀬戸 (seto, “straits, narrows”, in reference both to the 早崎瀬戸 (Hayasaki Seto, “Hayasaki Strait”) area where the fruit was first developed, and to the Setouchi region where fruit growers hoped to cultivate the variety) +‎ か (ka, apparently from 香り (kaori, “fragrance”), from the good smell of the fruit). The ka element may have also been influenced by the ka reading for the kanji 果 (“fruit”).

First cited to 1998, when this variety was first named and publicly released.
