차지 (chaji) +‎ 하다 (-hada, to do, light verb deriving active verbs).

The former is a spelling pronunciation of 次知, the Idu script spelling of Middle Korean ᄀᆞᅀᆞᆷ알〯다〮 (Yale: kòzòmǎltá, “to manage”).[1]
