Currently, most projects have a house from the Bruynzeel company, which we already wrote about when they were announced. This elegant little three-bedroom house is now making great headway under the name of Bruynzeel house.

It was a warm Sunday morning during the long dry season. The sun was still hanging low but already had so much power that it was audibly hot. Outside in the yard, the intangible heat vibrations on the sheet-iron roof of our neighbour's Bruynzeel house could be seen from the window.

Mr Druiventak himself grew up in a Bruynzeel house built in 1959, which is still in good condition.
