- (countable, Michigan, Northwest Indiana, derogatory) Acronym of fucking Illinois people; chiefly used by year-round inhabitants of tourist towns: a tourist to southwestern Michigan or northwestern Indiana lakeshore towns from the Chicago area; especially a wealthy such tourist.
