  Us who ran Deutsche Bank back then are surely not without fault, but we do not have to hide from anyone either.

Almost always used in negation with ohne or kein:

Niemand ist ohne Fehl und Tadel

nobody is perfect

(literally, “nobody is without fault and blame”)
