editCompare to Proto-Mongolic *kökö-n (“breast (female), nipple”) (<*kökö- (“to suckle”)), Proto-Tungusic *xuku-n (“breast (female)”) (<*xuku- (“to suckle”)), also Proto-Japonic *kəkərə (“heart”).[1]
