Two plural declensions
edit@Cinemantique I heard that there are two plural declensions. Are there any difference in their usages? And I don't know how to incorporate into the declension template. --KoreanQuoter (talk) 09:48, 25 September 2015 (UTC)
- They are interchangeable, but the declension with свече́й (svečéj) is much more common. The genitive plural свеч is rarer, but is used in certain phrases, such as игра не стоит свеч (it’s not worth the effort, not worth the trouble). —Stephen (Talk) 10:27, 25 September 2015 (UTC)
