chit-gé
edit@Mar vin kaiser You added chit-gé a while back. Are you sure this is not just chit-gê without sandhi? 閩南方言大詞典 doesn't have chit-gé for Quanzhou. — justin(r)leung { (t...) | c=› } 15:30, 27 October 2020 (UTC)
- @Justinrleung: Yes. I get your concern. That's really how we say it lol. Not sure if it's restricted in Jinjiang and the Philippines, but the word "這個" even as a standalone word, we still say "chit-gé" and never "chit-gê". Actually, it was a surprise to me before that other people said "chit-gê" as a standalone word.
- @Justinrleung: I think I've also heard "chit-gé" in Quanzhou television programs. --Mar vin kaiser (talk) 23:36, 27 October 2020 (UTC)
- @Mar vin kaiser: Okay, let's keep it then. It could be a reanalysis since it's often followed by a noun afterwards. — justin(r)leung { (t...) | c=› } 23:38, 27 October 2020 (UTC)
