Construct state

@Mlgc1998, Not that familiar with Arabic but the construct state for the Arabic term is عَزِيمَةُ (ʕazīmatu). The construct state that marks with only a (t) is an informal one (according to the page) but not sure if that is really the source. Ysrael214 (talk) 21:34, 10 December 2023 (UTC)Reply

@Ysrael214 The Construct state Wikipedia page explains how it works. See the Construct state#Arabic section, specifically Egyptian Arabic table which Potet (2013) says is most likely where the Malays that brought the term to Muslim Moro areas of Sulu and Maguindanao area got the term from, likely educated in the Al-Azhar University of Cairo.
