Very wordy, a bit unclear, not sure there are three true separate senses. Equinox ◑ 18:32, 18 March 2017 (UTC)
- I've just merged three senses into one. The differences were vague and mainly seemed to be about (individual) board member versus (collective) board, which doesn't seem to make a lot of odds when it comes to the need for ethics or what not. Equinox ◑ 20:00, 11 April 2020 (UTC)
