Slang Definition of Cuff

Hi peeps. This is a very underground word but I might be able to get examples of its usage when I am in the data collection phase of a research project that involves the people who use this word. I will have documents and official interviews as raw data and I'm wondering how I can incorporate that to help plead my case for this word. I am working in the poorest, most drug-afflicted city in Canada; Vancouver's Downtown Eastside. OneWomanArmy

cuff?

I've seen cuff used in this:

"Cuffs" as "Handcuffs"

I just added sense 4. I don't think this sense is controversial, given that searching google images for "cuffs" brings up almost entirely images of handcuffs, but if it is let me know. -- Mocha2007 (talk) 16:36, 13 January 2020 (UTC)
