Adjective: "Entered into a database." This would be "database + -ed". When I find adjective usage, it seems to be "data + based", i.e. based on the use of data, which is quite different. Equinox 14:41, 2 November 2022 (UTC)Reply

I think this is the past participle of a verb to database, as seen used here: [1], [2], [3].  --Lambiam 18:48, 2 November 2022 (UTC)Reply
Einstein2’s cites are good enough as adjectives used attributively, certainly not containing participles in the sense of non-finite verbs. Although it is principally possible to doubt usefulness of an adjective entry of what is morphologically a participle, I at least don’t know a specific reason to do so in this case (nor general guidelines about this general issue).
