This verb is scantily attested, but all the dictionaries give it as impersonal. Velleius' usage is certainly impersonal, and Ovid wrote "depuduit" intending to mean "there is no shame". This, that and the other (talk) 12:25, 18 August 2022 (UTC)Reply
