This doesn't appear to exist in Old English. Bosworth-Toller has it, but has no attestations, the OED marks it with a asterisk, and the DOE entirely lacks it.
Of course, (attested) ġedwolen was originally the past participle of this verb, but it's best synchronically analysed as a independent adjective. The Old English continuation of Proto-West Germanic *dwelan might actually be the weak verb dwelian, which would otherwise lack a clear etymology.
