Sense 2: "Requiring frequent adjustment. The fuses are very fiddly, and keep blowing out." — as opposed to sense 1: "Requiring dexterity to operate. The buttons on the tiny mobile phone were too fiddly." I don't think I have ever heard of "fiddly" indicating a requirement. Equinox 17:14, 13 July 2019 (UTC)Reply
