Agreed. It's also odd that sense 3 mentions the Patriarch of Constantinople, but not the Pope, who the Orthodox consider to be the original first among equals. Andrew Sheedy (talk) 06:13, 3 December 2020 (UTC)Reply
In Anglicanism, the Archbishop of Canterbury is also called the first among equals. No need for a separate sense for that either, though. —Mahāgaja · talk 08:07, 3 December 2020 (UTC)Reply
