Rfv-sense "icy wind which blows" in the Puna region. The Wikipedia article is also unreferenced. I tried google books:cold puna, google books:puna blew, google books:puna sweeps, but even the last is referring to the region, not to a wind. - -sche (discuss) 02:13, 17 September 2012 (UTC)
