A chariot edit
We have the sense "an automobile or other vehicle; a set of wheels"; I am just noting here that Chambers 1908 defines wheels as "a chariot", so it does apparently pre-date motor vehicles. Equinox ◑ 04:58, 17 April 2020 (UTC)
In Sports edit
Sports slang: a person who can run fast has "good wheels"; a poor runner has "bad wheels". The definition could be something like "running ability".
