This is a template used to format quotations from the 2023 translation of the Book of Jonah.

|1= – mandatory: chapter number (from 1-4)
|2= – mandatory: verse(s) number(s)
|3= – mandatory: the Jamaican Creole text being quoted.
|4=, |t=, or |translation= – mandatory a translation of the passage quoted into contemporary English.
|4=, |lit= – a literal transcription of the verse. Sometimes useful if the Jamaican translation is too loose (see se).
|footer= – a comment about the quotation.
